This game is does not use CG technology.  It uses real recordings of real women.  Once loaded the game just runs in the background.

Women will occasionally appear on the bottom corner of your screen and do a little striptease.  You can choose for them to appear as often as every 15 seconds or as infrequently as every 60 minutes.

It has also has the feature to set diary reminders.  Instead of an alarm reminding you of a meeting you get a dancing stripper girl appear on your screen.
