Hentai 3D was the first in the series of 3DSexVilla style games.  The storyline and sex positions are more set than in the newer versions.  So in some ways it's not as easy to play.

However it does have some nice features.  The storyline allows you to do some naughty voyeurism fantasies.  The characters are Manga style (young looking with the huge eyes).

It is a step by step game, so you can't just jump right in to hardcore sex.  You need to excite the girls a little to get to the next step.  But they make it nice and easy for you.
